Description:
TPU Laminated Cotton Terry Fabric for Bed/Mattress Protectors It is a Bi-Layered Laminated Fabric for the appication of Bed/Mattress Protectors/covers & Pillow Covers. The Upper layer is made of cotton(100% combed) Terry Fabric and is absolutely absorbing surface. The second layer is made up of TPU membrane which imparts the property of "waterproof Yet breathable" to the composite. It forms the monolithic(continuous) impervious layer beneath the fabric, which makes it impossible for any liquid to penetrate through it and hence protects the mattress completely from any spilages over the surface. Moreover due to this continuous impervious layer of TPU the Dust particles/Dust Mites or any other allergens cannot enter inside the mattresses once they are covered with the protectors made out of our fabric. Secondly in the same way the Dust particles/Dust Mites or any other allergens already residing inside the mattresses or Pillows cannot come out and get access to any human parts, hence safeguarding the sleeping person from any allergies. The Lamination is carried out with one of the latest technology for Textile lamination, which makes the composite washable & even sterilizable at elevated temperature. Inspite of such a robust bonding/adhesion the feel of the composite remains very soft & supple. And the composite is also stretchable enough to fit the contours of your mattresses perfectly. The airgap in the Terry loop makes the touch of fabric more insulating and cozy. These fabrics are made in White color as well as few shades dark & Pestal.
